Voxa Music provides custom, made-to-order digital music products created based on information you submit at the time of purchase or via a follow-up questionnaire. All products are personalized and delivered digitally.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase from Voxa Music.

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.

3. Custom & Digital Products (Important)

All Voxa Music products are custom-made digital works created specifically for each customer.

Because of the personalized nature of our services:

  • All sales are final once production begins

  • Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available after work has started

  • Digital products are delivered electronically and are not physical goods

If you believe an error has occurred with your order, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue.

4. Creative Discretion

By purchasing a custom song, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Voxa Music retains creative discretion over lyrics, structure, melody, arrangement, and production

  • Not all submitted details may be included verbatim if they negatively impact musical flow or quality

  • Requests are interpreted artistically to produce a cohesive and listenable final product

Our goal is to honor your story while delivering a professionally crafted song.

5. Creative Adjustments & Rebuilds

Because Voxa Music songs are custom-created using a combination of modern music-generation tools and human creative direction, traditional “editing” is not always possible.

Each order includes one (1) creative adjustment, subject to the following terms:

What a Creative Adjustment Includes

A creative adjustment may involve:

  • Minor lyric wording changes

  • Swapping or correcting names, nicknames, or phrases

  • Slight tone or emotional emphasis shifts (e.g., more fun or more heartfelt)

  • Minor mix or balance tweaks, where technically feasible

What a Creative Adjustment Does Not Include

A creative adjustment does not include:

  • Complete rewrites or “starting over” requests

  • Major changes to melody, song structure, or genre

  • Changing vocal style or overall musical direction

  • Multiple rounds of changes

Due to the nature of generative music tools, a creative adjustment may result in a newly generated version of the song, rather than a direct edit to the original recording.

Rebuilds

Requests that fall outside the scope of a creative adjustment may require a full rebuild, which involves creating a new version of the song from scratch using the original submission details. Rebuilds may be offered for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Final Determination

Voxa Music reserves the right to determine whether a requested change qualifies as a creative adjustment or requires a rebuild, based on technical feasibility and artistic considerations.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are listed on each product page and may vary based on complexity, order volume, and holidays.

  • Standard delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • Rush or expedited orders are prioritized but may still be subject to unforeseen delays

  • Voxa Music is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate customer submissions

7. Usage Rights & Ownership

Personal Use License

Upon delivery, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your custom song for personal, non-commercial use.

You may:

  • Share the song privately

  • Post on personal social media

  • Use it for personal events or celebrations

You may NOT:

  • Sell, license, or commercially distribute the song

  • Use the song in paid advertising, monetized content, or commercial projects

  • Claim authorship or ownership of the underlying composition or production

Commercial licensing is available upon request.

8. Intellectual Property

All music, lyrics, recordings, website content, branding, and materials produced by Voxa Music remain the intellectual property of Voxa Music unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission.

9. Prohibited Content

You agree not to request content that includes or promotes:

  • Hate speech or discrimination

  • Illegal activity

  • Explicit or abusive content

  • Defamation or harassment

  • Copyright infringement

Voxa Music reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these guidelines.

10. Order Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

Voxa Music is not responsible for:

  • Misspellings or incorrect names provided by the customer

  • Misinterpretation resulting from vague or incomplete submissions

Please review all entries carefully before submitting.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voxa Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voxa Music from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms
